ROOTED IN LOGISTICS SINCE 1996

t42's founders were among the global pioneers of fleet management, building a deep technological legacy that dates back to 1996. They established an international network that today spans over 55 countries, with more than one million devices installed worldwide.

This operational experience led to the founding of Starcom PLC in 2004, which scaled that expertise into a global infrastructure. In 2013, the company went public on the London Stock Exchange (AIM: TRAC) – a listing that gives clients the stability, transparency, and financial foundation expected of a regulated, publicly accountable business.

In December 2021, we repositioned our business to focus on the global shipping container tracking opportunity: the largest unsolved problem in global logistics. Today, t42 operates across 55 countries, with over 1 million devices deployed and 150 technology partners worldwide.

Every component – hardware, firmware, and software – is designed, built, and maintained by our own engineers. This gives us the ability to rapidly customize, update over-the-air, and meet emerging customer requirements without third-party delays.

Entrepreneur in the field of communication and data processing with more than 30 years of experience in executive roles. Founded Mobiltel, one of the first vehicle monitoring companies with a platform operating on over 1 million devices across 56 countries.

Shachar Rosiansky

Nearly two decades of experience in the technology sector with strong background in sales, business development, and go-to-market strategy. Expertise in software-driven hardware solutions, particularly IoT and operational technology.

Uri Hartmann

Over 25 years of expertise in IoT, from both technology and commercial aspects. Developed the first VHF/GPS solution for the AVL market and the first integration software connecting smartphones with homes and vehicles.

Michael Rosenberg

Mr. Rosenberg began his career with the merchant bankers Samuel Montagu and Co. He then co-founded a global healthcare services company and held several Chairman and Director positions at AIM-quoted corporations and prominent media companies. Michael chaired the British Healthcare Export Council and had previously served as Chairman of the DTI's Committee and as a Director of the China Britain Business Council. In 1994, Michael was awarded the OBE for services on trade with Hong Kong.

Yosi has 20 years of track record in Managing, After sales, Logistic and Business Development. He has worked for many years in the automotive industry and has an extensive experience in managing and leading after sales team. Yosi has a Master of Business Administration – MBA from Heriot-Watt University.
